During the meeting held on 16th December 2022, the new President of Arpeca SPA was appointed. Mario Del Pistoia will take over from Paolo Ferretti, who recently passed away and is mourned by Viareggio’s entire nautical district.

The new President, already a member of the Board of Directors since 2019 and represents the entrepreneurial world of Viareggio, will bring to the table experience and ability in order to guide Arpeca to face the challenges of the coming years, in a moment of great transformation of the country system.

To the outgoing Chairman Paolo Ferretti, the Board of Directors made up of Maurizio Balducci, Massimiliano Federigi, Luciana Ferretti and Cinzia Ramacciotti, the shareholders and the management expressed their affection and gratitude for what he has done during his long and fruitful tenure.

Years that have seen the Viareggio refitting yard grow steadily with the primary objective of operating in the interest and for the good of its customers, collaborators and shareholders.
