Pinmar Yacht Supply (PYS), the international superyacht supply brand of GYG Ltd, has terminated its long-standing distribution agreement with West System by mutual consent and will no longer represent the West System brand once current client orders have been fulfilled.

We are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with BM Composites for the sale of Gurit epoxy resin products across our outlets in Spain, renowned as one of the leading global manufacturers and suppliers of advanced composite materials.

As the Authorised Distributer of the Gurit portfolio and with over 30 years’ experience, BM Composites have incredible knowledge of the technical properties of composite materials and how best to use them. Our new partnership will provide PYS clients purchasing the Gurit range with full access to technical support and product specifications for all composite related projects.

Having recognised our clients’ growing need for a better performing product across a wider range of new construction applications with simpler mixing and application properties, the Gurit portfolio was first choice. They currently provide advanced composite materials to the full spectrum of marine projects worldwide including industry-leading prepregs, structural core materials, adhesives, coatings, as well as laminating and infusion systems.

The versatility and resilience of Gurit products delivers a solution that is finely tuned to customer requirements, as seen through collaborations with the leading teams competing in the America’s Cup and TP52 yachting series.

We have scheduled an intense series of internal training courses for our technical staff to familiarise themselves with the new Gurit product range and will offer client workshops in association with BM Composites at our Palma training facilities in the New Year, so Pinmar Yacht Supply customers can be confident using this leading brand of epoxies and composite materials.
