Moravia Yachting are delighted to announce the sale of 31.62m HAPPY DAY < Back

By Moravia Yachting

The sale was concluded in an in-house deal with Moravia’s Roy Posthuma representing the buyer and Adam Papadakis, representing the seller.

This classic Benetti underwent an extensive refit in 2018 and today, she embodies all the timeless style of these canoe-sterned motor yachts whilst offering her owners and charter guests all the comfort and amenities associated with the modern superyacht lifestyle.

Meticulously maintained and the recipient of multiple upgrades in recent years, the new owner has taken possession of an immaculate yacht in turnkey condition.

There’s accommodation for up to 10 guests in four cabins.  The master stateroom is located on the upper deck, with a second master suite positioned forward on the lower deck.  A VIP double and a twin cabin, to aft on the lower deck, complete the arrangement.  All of the cabins are en suite and appointed in similar style.

“Happy Day is a true classic, beautifully refitted a few years ago and given a new lease of life, she has already earned herself an enviable charter record. I’m sure my client is going to enjoy her a lot. May she sail the seas safely for another 53 years!” - Roy Posthuma

Space has been optimised across HAPPY DAY’s three decks and her bright, contemporary interior keeps things largely open plan and informal.  With exterior lounges, extended sun pads and a stunning al fresco dining setup, the yacht feels more akin to a coastal hotel or luxury beach club and the vibrant ambience creates a naturally relaxed and social atmosphere.

HAPPY DAY cruises in comfort at 11 knots with stabilisers to smooth her motion. Her low fuel consumption makes her much more economical than other yachts of this age and style and we are sure that her new owners will enjoy her for many years to come.
