Viking are pleased to announce a new initiative and welcome a new team member. Mike Carr joins our recruitment team in Auckland, and will be solely focused on Chef Recruitment.

Mike’s appointment reflects the importance our customers are demanding in the area of chef selection. Mike brings more than 10 years’ experience in the culinary field and has worked in high quality kitchens and galleys on some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and restaurants. He knows what it takes and understands the market.

Mike is a native of New Zealand and has recently returned from a long period overseas, predominantly working in the Yacht sector.

He is joining with the specific mandate to answer our customers’ requirements and strengthen Viking’s experience in this area.
